CITS Guangdong Corporation Limited (Simplified as “Our Company”) originated from the China International Travel Service, Guangzhou Branch established in 1954 (Also known as China International Travel Service Guangdong Province and Guangdong Provincial Overseas Travel Corporation in the 90’S of 20th century) was re-established as it is in the year of 2002, under the principal sponsorship of Guangdong Tourism Group Corporation, Guangzhou Junyi Real Estate Development Limited, Guilin Tourism Corporation Limited, Guangdong Provincial Publishing Group and Guangdong Petro-trade Development Corporation, after the consolidation of the properties and capitals of the premier enterprises of China International Travel Service Guangdong Province, Guangdong Provincial Overseas Travel Corporation, Guangdong International Tour Ticketing Company, Guangdong Provincial Tourism Service Corporation, Guangdong Tourist Coach Corporation. And our new company is approved by the Guangdong Provincial Government. In the year of 2006,approved again by the Guangdong Provincial Government, our company adhibited China’s largest and strongest travel enterprise (One of the Top 500 enterprises in China) ---- China International Travel Service Head Office (Simplified as China CITS) as a strategy investor who relatively became the proprietary of our company and our company is appointed simultaneously by China International Travel Service Head Office as its sales and operation center in the South China Regions.
